Construction Industry Council
Overview
The CIC provides training subsidies for collaborative partners, as well as trainee allowances and bonuses for people aspiring to develop their career in the construction sector.
Intermediate Tradesman Collaborative Training Scheme (ITCTS)
ITCTS follows the “First-hire-then-train" approach. Trainees are first employed by the employer, then they will receive an initial training provided by the Hong Kong Institute of Construction (HKIC) with up to HK$10,200/month allowance. After the initial training, trainees will undergo on-site training provided by the employer. During the on-site training period, trainees can get a stable monthly salary. At the end of training, trainees are required to take the relevant Intermediate Trade Test (ITT) / Certification Test / Completion Test provided by the CIC. Trainees who pass the ITT / Certification Test / Completion Test and register as a registered semi-skilled worker of the relevant trade under the “Construction Workers Registration Ordinance” will be awarded a one-off bonus of HK$10,000. 概覽
建造業議會向合作伙伴提供培訓資助,並向有志投身建造業人士提供在學津貼及畢業獎金。
中級技工合作培訓計劃
此計劃是「先聘請,後培訓」的在職培訓計劃。受訓期間,參加人士先由僱主聘請,然後會獲安排到香港建造學院(學院)接受前期培訓,期間可獲由學院發放的津貼,最高可達每月港幣10,200元。完成前期培訓後,參加人士會到僱主工地實習,期間獲發穩定月薪。完成整個訓練並成功考取相關中級工藝測試/資歷測試 / 完成培訓測試,及註冊成為《建造業工人註册條例》中相關工種的註冊半熟練技工後,另有一筆過獎金港幣10,000元。詳細資訊請瀏覽以下連結:-
